We’re great

Amy and Gem seem to be taking good care of Bad Boi now that he’s safely on Australian soil. Here they all are being great. It also looks as if Adam has got himself a new pair of sunnies. Nice work!

It’s Mr Slater!  He’s tall…but not quite as tall as he looks in this photo!

I have the pleasure of working with Colin on a daily basis in the Exceed Service Support Team at Norwich Union.  You will notice that this photo was taken around lunch time.  This is sometimes the time that Colin arrives at the office….bloody public transport!  hehehe!

Adam flew out to Bangkok on Sunday. From there he will be traveling to Australia to meet up with Gem and Amy. Adam was home alone on the weekend he went away. On my return to the house, this is what I found (in addition to the washing up and laundry he’d left behind!). Funny guy!

Lunch break…

How do you eat yours?  No, that doesn’t work, does it?  What do you do on yours?  That’s better!  How long do you get?  Thirty minutes, an hour, or maybe more?  Do you take an extended lunch on a Friday?  I want to know, because where I work it smells of poo and I don’t really know what to do.  It smells because I work near (not at) a sewerage plant of some sort.  When I first started working there, my one hour lunch break took place in the quiet room.  It was quiet and I could listen to my ipod without being disturbed as I ate my homemade sandwiches.

More recently I have taken to driving to work because I’m lazy and the company that made my bike are crap.  Yes, Flow, who make the Drift, are crap!  My bike doesn’t work properly.  This is no fault of my own.  It’s a manufacturing problem which was highlighted in the wonderful review it recevied by MBUK.  They’re meant to be collecting my bike to fix it, but now they’ve stopped emailing me.  Rubbish!

Anyway, so I drive to work now and this means I can drive home for lunch.  Is that cheaper than buying sandwiches at work?  Yes, probably, but it’s not so good on the environment, or for my health, so this is something I need to change. But it’s cold, so I don’t mind too much right now!

Anyway, this is a rushed post to my website because I have to get back to work!

Merry Christmas! (not applicable to Flow until they fix my bike!)

DJ and I (me/myself/J/JJ/Jon/Just Jon/Jonathan) are still getting lots of use out of the Top Gun outfits bought for a fancy dress party some time ago. They’re definitely worth the investment, and those Aviators just work on me!

This was us at Tim’s Halloween Party a couple of nights ago. Unfortunately for me, I had to work the next day (a Saturday, I might add), so I had to leave early at 5.30 AM. That’s right, I’m a party animal. I had one hour of sleep before I had to get up for work. Rock and Roll (and delay getting to sleep caused by far too much make-up)

Well done Mr Ritchie on a great party. House parties rock, except Noel’s!
