I’ve just eaten a bowl of Muesli. Tesco’s Muesli to be exact. I quite enjoyed it, which is a little surprising as I’m not a big fan of nutty saltana based cereals. This stuff was really tasty though. I’m quietly confident that I’ll be able to finish the rest of the pack over the next week or so, although that really depends on my early morning timing. I’ve been getting up later and later recently, leaving no time to enjoy the pleasures of food and milk and radio 1 or even showers on the odd occasion!
My previous cereal to Muesli was the Cranbery filled wheaty cereal by Sainsburys. I remain fairly loyal to Sainsburys, as it’s close and familiar. The isles don’t change around too much and I can easily find what I’m looking for, except for the items they sometimes put on the isles above the chest freezers. And it’s an interesting point to note that the Sainsburys here in Nottingham doesn’t stock the same Thai Green Curry paste type stuff as they have down in Norwich!
The whole Muesli thing, by the way, is part of my new healthier diet, consisting of far more fruit and vegetables than I’ve had recently. I’m feeling better for it already, although the temptation of eating chocolate still lingers. Chocolate isn’t bad though. A friendly friend of mine pointed this out to me the other day. Everything in moderation. Can you eat too much fruit? Or too much wholemeal bread? No, there is nothing wrong with my bowels, as one of my colleagues suspected. I’m simply having a healthy change. All part of the new, and hopefully improving me! I’ve lost the hair cut, by the way. Did I write about that here? I forget. It’s back to normal more or less now anyway. I’m still bored of it and really want something different, but it’s going to be a while before it’s long enough to do anything with.
Web Design. What ever happened to that interest of mine? I can barely remember HTML, let alone CSS. That is another thing which requires attention over the next few weeks.
In other news, things are ok!
